Very good, efficient madam Dr. Sanam. Staff too friendly and helpful.waiting area need to be improved with more seats and air, arrangements to lessen the heat, we feel inside the waiting room(though 1 AC is fitted,it's effect is not getting in the hall). Better change the position of AC to fix it near the seats. Overall a good hospital with better reasonable rates. :)

Gynecology department is excellent. Had good experience in City hospital. Not have enough words to thank Dr. Sanam Basheer, Dr. Sreelekshmi, Dr. Aswathy and the entire staff of labour room and NICU. The care from the labour room staff is really appreciable. Special thanks to Umaira, Bindhu, Neha, Athira, Shejna, Rony❤

First of all thank you for City hospital entire team was good nursing team IVF team one of the best doctor available in city hospital Dr Sanam big thanks no words to say hospital Atmosphere also good Labour room nurses very supportive again thanks all team. Gynecology department is good. Charges are very high including USG, other scans, Important blood test and other hospital charges compared to other main hospitals in the same class. Facilities are not up to the mark compared to other same class hospitals. That is the main disadvantage. Not a proper management for hospital appointment at all.
